Coding for Veterans Rose Bowl Float Decorating Week (Dec 26th – Dec 31st)

Come join Coding for Veterans at America’s New Year Celebration!!!

Each year, approximately 34 organizations from around the world are selected to take part in the historic Rose Bowl Parade; this year Coding for Veterans is one of the invitees. The building of the C4V float named “Sounds of Success” began months ago and ends during “Decorating Week”; with the installation of thousands of roses and other floral arrangements.

The Details: Are you interested in being one of a select few who will bring a Rose Bowl Parade float to life? You will gain behind the scenes access as one of our volunteers that will place thousands of flowers on the Coding for Veterans float in the week leading up to January 1st, 2024. We are looking for volunteers who want to share a once in a lifetime experience with their fellow float decorators.

Note: Individuals are able to select any day(s)/shifts in which to participate. You need to register for each shift separately.

Dec 26th – SoCal Day (Shift #1 8:00am-4:00pm, Shift #2 4:00pm-9:00pm)

Dec 27th – Canada Day (Shift #1 8:00am-4:00pm, Shift #2 4:00pm-11:00pm)

Dec 28th – Veterans Appreciation Day (Shift #1 8:00am-4:00pm, Shift #2 4:00pm-11:00pm)

Dec 29th – Hollywood Day(Shift #1 8:00am-4:00pm, Shift #2 4:00pm-11:00pm)

Dec 30th – University Alumni Day (Shift #1 8:00am-4:00pm, Shift #2 4:00pm-11:00pm)

Dec 31st – Tech Industry Day (Shift #1 6:00am – 10:00am)
